Correct Render Option

I have some video clips that I'm using in another program, but need some minor tweeks in Vegas. (mainly just reverse them). Afterwards I want to save and export as lossless as possible. When I go to render, there are way too many options for me!  :0 My original footage is 1920x1080x12 AVC 60P. In the render options, if I choose 'Match Project Settings' it still gives me 7 options, all of which look good to me. 1 from Intel, 3 from MAGIX, and 3 from Sony. Would really appreciate it if someone could please help me find my way through this maze! Thanks as always. Cin

For use in another program, I would use the Sony XAVC rendertemplate.

Thank you 3Point for the response, greatly appreciated. Just to help me further learn and understand, what made your decision on that one vs. the others? Thanks again. Cin

Because this template gives a mp4. I don't know what other program you are using and if that program can handle all those other formats. Is your original footage exactly 60 fps or 59,940 fps? When it is 59,940 fps there would be even more render options (Sony AVC and Mainconcept AVC).

It is 59.940 and I'm bringing it into ProShow Producer. I will take your advice and use that setting, what could possibly go wrong!?  ;)  Thanks again for your help.
