Correcting an uneven horizon

I am fairly new to vegas pro (15) and I am trying to correct  horizon tilt in some hand held footage. I looked but cannot seem to find any reference on how to do this. Do I do it by rotating the video for effected sections or is there an auto feature that does this. Help with this matter would be appreciated

Use the pan/crop tool for a little zoom and than a little rotate

Unfortunately no auto feature to correct this. In addition to j-v comment, switch on the grid in the preview for easier alignment of the horizon with pancrop tool.

I'm wondering if the new bezier masking tool in VPro16 and VMS16 would be able to track a horizon and correct it?

If you are needing to do this sort of thing a lot then it might be worth buying ProDrenalin.

Or buy an Osmo Pocket camera. This camera can automatic level horizons (and stabilize) while recording, no need anymore to correct that later in post.
