Correcting Focus Breathing

Hi all... I'm working with a couple of short (under twenty second) interview clips that have minor focus breathing. They're the best takes, so ideally should stay in the project.

Does anyone have any hints or tips on the ideal way to mitigate this effect in Vegas? Maybe using the image stabilisation?

I wonder if stabilize applied to the media in the freeze (rather than smooth mode) would do this? I'm curious as to what you find.

Thanks @RogerS, I'll give that a try. The problem clips are only short, so experimentation shouldn't be an issue.

That's great news! I think I'll give it a try as well- appreciate the inspiration as it wouldn't have occurred to me.
