could/should Sony hook up with swish?

There are times when the Vegas titling engine is a little weak (one area where FCP seems to be a bit more robust). At times I've used swish to do some pretty cool titling and then brought the swf into vegas (nice being able to import it).

Could/Should Sony look to partner with Swish and just include the ability to use the swish engine to drive titles inside Vegas? It would sure save time exporting, importing, revising and doing all over again.

It already sorta of looks like Sony is "partnering" with Boris FX with Graffiti...which, in my opinion, does a very good job.

Thanks Kent

When I originally installed Vegas I didn't realize Boris was also an awesome titler...so it sat in my box. I've installed it now and have no idea what I'm doing but will start to figure it out...thanks for the hint... "you can already do that with what you have."

Anyone around Tampa that's a boris user that I could pay for some help getting up to speed or trade time for some VO? Thank you. Sean

Hey! I'm from St. Petersburg...but now live in Indiana. I was actually born in St. Pete...not a "transplant."

I do visit St. Pete every year though...

Not often I see a Floridian. :)

I have a Boris Graffiti tutorial on my web site that will get you into it and out of it with a title in Vegas. Not comprehensive but definitely a jumpstart to get you going.
