Couple questions..

I started out with Video Explosion and moved on to Vegas and love the program a lot better than any of the others out there.. I have a couple concerns though:

I'm working on a video and I want a segment in it to be black and white, but just a selected color showing. Is this possible? Ex: Black and white clip, but I want red to show where it's supposed to in the original clip. Any ideas?

Also, it's not possible to set the clip in reverse is it? At least I haven't found a way to.. any feedback would be awesome. Thanks.

have you read the manual yet? If not do so and I think it will answer, very well, at least one of your questions.

If you do a search Spot had a tutorial posted for selective color in Vegas. As for playing a clip in reverse - the manual comes in handy sometimes. ;)

Welcome to Vegas JLove.
To reverse video or Audio in Vegas 5, simply right click the video or audio event and choose Reverse from the submenu.

Aww Spot - I wanted them to do some reading of the manual! On the other hand maybe Sony could just take you and put you into PDF form for downloading. Now wouldn't that be nifty.
