You can use CUI Bono to do this, or you can get your SloTools editor up to speed with AAF exported from Vegas 6.

Seriously, this isn't the most efficient thing Vegas does, and OMF is all but dead anyway. OMF replaced by AAF, replaced by OpAtom, replaced by....?

And odly enough the P&E Wing at Grammy.com still recommends using wav files for transfers to and from Pro Tools. One problem that can come up with OMF is if the file becomes corrupt you lose all the tracks in transfer.
