To post a question in a recording forum, include;

1.) Operating System

2.) Some basics about your hardware especially CPU brand and speed, motherboard, memory, soundcard/s brand and model. Other installed hardware and peripherals (they may cause conflicts).

3.) Driver versions for your soundcard/s.

4.) Software and version you are recording with.

5.) Your audio chain, from the source to the recording software including connections.

6.) Your recording technique, the steps you are using.

7.) The steps you have tried so far that have not worked.

8.) Any information that may be remotely related, too much information is far better than too little.
