Crash at Closing

I'm sure this has been brought up before in these forums, Vegas Pro 13 crashes most of the time after closing the application. does anyone know why or have a solution to stop it. It doesn't appear to have an effect on anything, but that doesn't say it won't.

This has been an on-going problem for me in Vegas 11. It appears to have something to do with using certain plug-ins that may be causing memory leaks. So far I've not seen this create any actual problems, but it is annoying.

Sometimes Vegas stays open even on the crash out bug and is running in the background, so when Vegas is restarted there's two instances of Vegas running.

Here is a thread where Chris Dolan states he worked on the crash on closing off and on for 4 months but still it persisted.

I've had this problem for the last three versions of VP. I close VP and then it crashes. Sometimes it will still be running in the background even after the "crash" and sometimes not. There seems to be no rhyme nor reason. It does not affect my projects but it's still irritating.
