crash when trying to change render settings

Hello.

I just upgraded to Movie Studio Platinum 13 (latest build) to get access to better render settings for mp4. First time I tried to edit the advanced settings for mp4, the program crashed. It does the same with every other format too. Tried reinstalling, running in different modes... but now I'm clueless. Here is the crash log:

You can't render at all without it crashing or only when you customize?

You could give the 32bit version a try.

I will try it thank you. Any effort towards solving this problem is greatly appreciated.

And no - rendering works fine with any format if I just use the default one.
