Crashes after using filter packages on vegas pro 23

so anytime i use filter packages and then i try to manipulate any ofx that use drag port on preview. as soon as click it , it crashes vgeas pro 23 but this only happens when i try to use the filter packets submenu in v23 but i can circumvent this by simply going to the old method of clicking fx in the actual image settings. also i thought you could drag filter packages? but regardless any help would appreciated.

I appears that you are using Boris FX Sapphire? I have some Sapphire units and no issues with them. Suggest (if these are Sapphire effects) that you contact Boris FX. They are fast to answer. There appears to be several Sapphire plugins, which do not "presto appear" when dragged.

And where did you get these filter packages? As for loading them, your User Profile is empty... blank. What are your computer specs? See mine in my Signature below. I suggest you do the same. One of the first sources of information that I look for is what computer the user has.
