Crashing and saving errors

Hi all,

I have version 15, build 116.

I am suffering from constant crashing and save files either not saving or disappearing after being saved (thank good there is an automatic back up). Some time files won't load due to "not enough memory" but my PC tells me that I am only using 20% when the program is running.

I believe this all started happening after the last big Windows 10 update. Has anyone else encountered these problems?

Not sure if it has happened since the Win 10 update but it does crash often - Microsoft must have lots of reports! Usually when requesting a playback or stop - not anything complicated.

I have about 5 vids running simultaneously on different tracks using about 13% of the processor most of the time.

Before the windows update, it would bug out when I deleted frames while playing. Or the command bar would not functions, meaning I can't play or stop videos.

I have to say, Movie Studio 15 had glowing recommendations for me - honestly, for me it was more stable. However, in the last 3-5 weeks, it's crashed so much that I'm rebuilding my project file templates from old version 14 ones I have. I even did a full reinstall of my PC to see if it would make a difference - this is bad. The software is now borderline unusable. A few times I've received the crash report option to Magix and did send them a log.
