crashing video factory

my video factory keeps creating errors and crashing when opening and initating part of the program. tried re down loading and rebooting but it still happions 'help' had many hours of pleasure until now being a pain in the rear

please any advise

If it just started, then chances are it is something other than the actual program causing the crashes. Have you changed any software or hardware on your computer recently?

In addition to Dave's question I'd also like to know what OS you are using and is there an error message? If so, what exactly does this message say?
