Transitions between clips/events is accomplished by dragging one clip/event over top of the other, and you'll see a large X between the two clips/events.
Drag and drop any transition from the transitions window, and you'll be able to see the transition when you play the timeline.

For a typewriter text effect, you can create this several ways, there are several examples on the http://www.vasst.com/login.htm site. You'll need to register, but it's free.

Oh... perfect... i can't explain.
I intend how to CREATE a transition not how to insert it in my progect... i wonna create a NEW transition that is not present in the transition folder of the base program.

For a start, the easy novice way. You can pick any short animated clips or even stills and drop it between 2 events. You may also use the ones in the generated media folder, tweak them and create your unique transitions.

If you truly want to "create" a true transition, you will need to download the SDK from here

Here's and example of someone who did that.
