creating a PAL CD

VF2 does not support printing your movie file to
PAL CD. Can anyone suggest an alternative program that would allow me to create PAL CDs of my movies?

You can have your cake and eat it too...

Do your editing in Video Factory, render as AVI, then finish using TMPGEnc which has a couple PAL templates.
