Creating a talking head

Dear Users and Experts

I need some assistance: I'm trying to create a voice over slide show with a talking head - small in the one corner. I am really struggling to turn the video into a talking head - is this possible in Sony Movie Studio 13?

Just create a picture-in-picture effect. Like this:
