Hi,

I would like to know if DVDA can create a VCD or burn to a CD. Or, if it is possilbe to create a project/menu or whatever its called and burn it with another program? Also, if not at all possible, is there another program by sofo that can do this?
The files I am working with are in vcd format already and don't need to be recompressed to fit on the cd.

thx,
-Mr. Newbie

Nope, you can't, not in DVD-A. Try something like Ulead's DVD Movie Factory. It can burn a VCD and you can get a similar menu to a DVD's. They offer a fully funcional trial. At least they used to, haven't checked in awhile.

Vegas will do it. Just go to "Tools:Burn CD:Video CD." From there you can have it render the timeline as a video cd, or, if you've already rendered to mpeg1, just browse for that file, and it will do the rest.

Yes, Vegas can burn a VCD. It can't however add a menu system.
