Creating DVD Menus

Does anyone know if there is a way to create a DVD menu in Vagas Video? I would like to create the menu so I can select which video clip I would like to view instead of having to fast forward.

In order to create a DVD with menus you need a DVD authoring tool. VV does not supply this functionality.
