Creating "goto" tabs

I am creating an "about us" business video. I want a short 30 second intro to run then stop at a "choice" screen where the viewer can select one of three or four different videos and at the end, have a "home" button that will take the viewer back to the screen with the initial three or four choices. Is this possible and if so, where can I get info on how to creat it.

Choose introductory media
The Video and Audio boxes on the General tab allow you to choose a video and audio files that will be played before the main menu is displayed.

Click the Open File button . The Open Video or Open Audio dialog is displayed.

Select the file that you want to use.

Click Open.
