Creating graphics for 360 VR editing in Vegas

Is there a way to add graphics into a Vegas 360 VR project without distorting and wrapping the graphics around the sphere? Adobe Premiere has the "VR Plane to Sphere" effect that allows your graphics to effectively be part of the scene without distorting them. Is there a similar solution in Vegas? (reference video about Adobe Premiere FX: )

Nothing that sophisticated in Vegas, AFIK. Creating them as graphics in another program then importing them as PNG's with a clear alpha layer should work, using the reorient fx to move them accordingly.

I've used Vegas' titles, adding them centered in the image. Unfortunately, the reorient fx trashes the alpha layer of the titles so you can't move it using the reorient fx!?!?! To work around this I use the reorient fx to move the video so it is centered where I want the title and add it. It's been a while so I'm unsure on the next step, sorry... I either render the video with the centered title into an intermediate file, or nest the first Vegas file, load it into a new project file then reorient everything back to the original orientation.

In 3D 360 videos you can use the stereographic adjust fx to move the title in 3D space.
