Creating Project template - getting errors/

Hi,

Win 7, 64 bit,
Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 10
Creating template for HD MP4 widescreen for YouTube

Steps:
Project, new
Change Region to Europe and Asia (50 Hz / Pal)
Select Internet Video - Project Internet (HD)
Put a NAME in the field ie - YouTubeHD

Then no matter what path I select for FOLDER (normally C:.....) I get the error

'Read only or invalid path. Please correct it.' then 'The reason for the error could not be determined.' ?

HELP!!

Use another template and then manually change it on the Project Properties. If that doesn't work either, make sure that you're trying to save on a folder you have permissions on.

I definately have permissions... I even tried setting to save under PUBLIC profile but same result?
