Creating Stereoscopic Video- only one track shows after pairing

I'm running into a problem when attempting to pair two videos to create Stereoscopic SBS video. I add both videos to separate tracks, alight the video, switch the project to SBS(Full), select both videos, right click and select "Pair as Stereoscopic 3D subclip".

With past versions of MovieStudio this worked fine. However with the current version it will show the same "channel" of video for both eyes. I'm sure I'm missing something obvious, but.......

Help please?

Presumably your current version is Movie Studio Platinum 15. Are you on Build 116?

Yes. I'm running the trial before I buy it. Is there a known issue?
