Help! How do you make create a freeze frame with VV3?

Is this two different questions?

To create a .BMP file from a frame of video, position the timeline to the frame you want to freeze so that it is displayed in the preview window, then in the preview window there are two buttons, one for saving the image to a file, and another for saving it to the clipboard. Note that if you want the image to be "full size" you need to right-click in the preview window and make sure that "Display at project size" is checked.

To create a "freeze frame" within your video, look at the velocity envelopes. They are quite useful, and have been discussed on this board a number of times (as has the topic above as well).

Good luck.

Thank you and sorry for asking, since I am new at VV3 I just go it last Sunday. It would be nice if there was a search category so that we could find the answers from previous postings.
