Off the top of my head, Right-click the media in the timeline, go to Switches, then Uncheck Loop, and then stretch it out. See if that works. Or try clicking on it's green Generated Media box, then typing in the Length box a longer time.

Hold the Ctrl key down while stretching. This will allow you to slow it down to 1/4 the speed.

If you need it slower than that, in the credit roll dialog window there is a duration box near the top center of the window. Type in the duration you would like there. This won't change the duration on the timeline immediately so you'll have to drag it out manually (regular drag, not Ctrl-drag) to the right length.

Note that you should use one or the other of these methods, but probably not both together.

I believe that in the credit-roll dialog there is a setting for how long the credit-roll should be.

You might be able to do it by stretching the existing credit-roll, but thats not nearly as good as creating the credit-roll at the proper length to begin with.

So go check over the credit-dialog carefully, and look for a length setting there.
I don't have my VMS computer with me, otherwise I'd give you more precise directions.
