Crop Background

I am trying to crop a picture. I notice that the the picture isn't wide enough so there is a black border. If i click on ratio than the image is distored. Is there a way that I can get rid of the black border?

I thought of adding another image as a background but it bleeds into the other image. Any suggestions? thanks

There are a couple good threads discussing this. Click the Search link, type "zoom picture" in the search keywords field, and select the Vegas Movie Studio forum.

Go into to PAN/CROP right click in your picture & choose MATCH OUTPUT ASPECT.
