CROPPING A GROUP OF FRAMES

Ok, I created a ppt video to overlay in a video teaching. I copied and pasted all the ppt parts into the appropriate places in the overlay timeline. My dilemma here is that I have a lot of edits to do but can't quite figure out how to change the cropping on all of the events in the overlay timeline at one time. I tried "Grouping" all the events and then cropping one hoping that all would follow suit, but too no avail. Not finding the solution in the help.
Using VMSP 8.

I thank you in advance for your invaluable help. Need help quick though!

If the cropping you're going to do is the same for all of the clips on your video track, try using the Pan/Crop tool for the entire track rather than the one on each individual event/clip.

Does Vegas Studio 11 have a track pan/crop? Certainly version 8 doesn't, nor does any version of Vegas Pro.

Vondo, after you've cropped the first one, click on it and Ctrl-C to copy. Right-mouse-button click on the next clip and from the popup menu choose "Select events to end". Now right-mouse-button click on it again and choose "Paste Event Attributes". This will copy the pan/crop settings from the first one to all the rest on that track.

Thank you for your quick responses.
Chienworks, your last response was exactly what I was looking for. I knew that VMSP 8 was capable of this but I could not find the solution in the help files, and I needed the answer rather quick.
Thank you!!!!
