Current upgrade discount?

Hi,

For some reason Sony seemed to have forgotten my existence recently and I've read elsewhere about an upgrade promotion before the end of may. Is that true and I didn't get an email or am i wrong.

Read this thread. Chances are either a) you're not set to receive promtional e-mails or b) your ISP is flagging them as spam.

You can either just go through the ordering process and enter the promotional code where applicable (the code that's there by default doesn't get you the extra $50 off, and I don't remember the $50-off code) or you can call Sony to order. Again, see the above thread for more info.

There was an entry int he knowledge base regarding the promotional pricing, but I can't find it anymore (though I did find the one for Vegas 5, oddly enough).

I think you will find the promo code gets added automatcally the moment you add the upgrade "product" to your shopping cart (at least it did for me).
