All of a sudden the cursor keys are moving the time line by three frames at a time but I have no idea as to why.

Alos, the frame counter on the bottom right of the window now counts up to 100 and not 25 for parts of a second.

I haven't prposly changed any settings

Can anyone suggest what I have done and how to rectify it, please?
