Cursor doubles in Size while being on the Timeline

I've tried to search this issue but apparently no one had it before.

Whenever I open up Sony Vegas and hover over the Timeline, my cursor starts turning pixelated and doubles the size.

I hope someone here has had this Issue before and might be able to help!

Did you mess around with the Sony Vegas settings or did something happen to your computer?

Nothing that I know of happened to my computer.

I re-installed Sony Vegas multiple times, deleted everything Vegas related from my Pc etc. I believe that it might be something with the windows build maybe?

I tried other builds from Vegas 14 (270 etc.) To maybe fix it. Sadly didn't change a bit.

Similar happens here on my system and it suddenly occured after a Windows update.

And I always thought I was the only one with this problem. Looks like it's Windows after all.
