Once again I am plagued with a cursor problem that I have cured in the past and can no longer remember how.
When editing, i CANNOT put the cursor anywhere i want by clicking the mouse, the cursor adjusts by itself to where it wants to go.
I have disabled all the obvious; snapping & quantizing. I don't know what else to do so that I can zoom in and put that cursor exactly where I want!

Grid spacing to ruler marks...by time. have tried all other combinations too, to no avail. What the heck am i missing?
