curves in masks, bezier mask effect

Hello, i would like to do as simple thing as mask with rounded corners.

1. i know there is possibility to manualy draw each mask with anchor tool, but its not exact as i need (did not find any guidelines) and, as i will need many of them (like 50+ different aspects, but same corners), i would draw my a.. off. :)
2. so im looking for some possibility to import curves, made in 4 sec in illustrator / affinity to do that. can it be done? or somehow save / edit the curve off the vegas, return?

Thank you,

FZ

Just draw your masks in any app and save either with transparent background/alpha or as a black & white grafic. Then use the masking key compositing technique in Vegas Pro.

If all you're doing is changing the aspect ratio, you should be able to resize the mask in X or Y without changing the corner curve.
At what level are you masking? Track, media or event?

System 1:

Windows 10
i9-10850K 10 Core
128.0G RAM
Nvidia RTX 3060 Studio driver [most likely latest]
Resolution        3840 x 2160 x 60 hertz
Video Memory 12G GDDR5

System 2:

Lenovo Yoga 720
Core i7-7700 2.8Ghz quad core, 8 logical
16G ram
Intel HD 630 gpu 1G vram
Nvidia GTX 1050 gpu 2G vram

@Marco. it is surely a way, but then i have zero possibility to update aspect ratio of the rectangle - if i simply scale, also the rounded corners will be scaled.
@michael-harrison yes indeed, but im unable to draw it perfectly - i miss guidelines so i can drag them and have the points/beziers exact.... Im masking on event level

@Frantisek-Zana can you create a mask on the first event and copy it to the others and then resize? Paste event attributes will paste masks

Maybe using the Mesh Warp FX could help.
