"Custom" button greyed out when rendering to MP4

When I try to render to MainConcept MP4, the "Custom" button is greyed out, so I'm stuck with the 3 default templates.

Running Platinum 9.0b, and MainConcept AVC/AAC plugin Version 1.0 Build 2210.

The Custom options are not available in any versions Movie Studio.
They are available in Vegas Pro.

I can use the custom options when exporting with Sony AVC rather than using MainConcept. I had forgotten that I used that instead of MainConcept.
