custom frame size 1600x1124

Hey all,

So here is problem. I am currently working on a project for work where I want to take 3 images/pictures and make a small movie out of them for a project we are putting together for the Discovery channel. Somehow I got stuck with doing some simple video creation. Actually it was a little more difficult than you would think. We had to take 400 - 1600 x 1124 images and make them into a 30 fps movie with a final resolution of 1600 x 1124. In Quicktime it takes only a few minutes to create but it took me 6 hours of research to figure out why none of these programs seem to read TIF's very well. Everything went well until I tried using Vegas to make a nice 15 second movie for the final segment. I want the 3 images put together and having the page peel transition between each. One of the nice features of Vegas. I did that without any problem but now I need to output the video so that it is the same resolution as the images which are 1600 x 1124. I made the other movies in Quicktime because I couldn't figure out a way to force Vegas to output the movie in a custom resolution. When I go to the AVI setting and try to customize it, it defaults to 800 x 600 or something like that and won't let me set what frame size I want. Quicktime did it no problem in any format I wanted. Is there a way to do that in Vegas Movie Studio? I would use Quicktime but I love the transitions that Vegas has built into it.

Thanks
