I am about to begin work on a project that requires full-motion screen capture, for demontrating a piece of software. I have a utility called HyperCam that seems to work pretty smoothly in doing screen (or specific window) captures to AVI.
My problem is this - if I want to pull that AVI into Vegas, edit it, and render it (to MPEG for instance), how can I specify a completely custom frame size, so that my final render isn't 320x240, 720x480, etc.
When I try to change the project properties to something competely non-standard, to match the size of my screen capture AVI, it doesn't allow me to.
Is this possible to do? Other suggestions??
