Very much so. Remember they've been slammed with calls since Vegas 5 came out, but 3 weeks....that's not like Josh and his crew. I'd hammer em' again...
I agree, you question might not of made it somehow, I'd resend the same , I got an answer within 4 days of mine, and the replies there after , were next day.
Not only did they resolve my issue but made a generous good will offering. in addtion i liked the fact that it was definatley a personal response, not just some canned reponse like you seem to get from EVERY other software co. out there. i'd rather wait a few extra days for that!
I've never gone over a week. Are using the support form or direct e-mail (Sony TEch said once that they get LOTS of spam in the e-mail, so it could of been thought of as spam by a filter).
I am using the customer support email. I got a confirmation back stating that they would reply back to me back in April after I submitted my question.
I can also go to the support web page and look at my account. It shows my questions and the automated reply back to me. It also shows the additional emails I sent SONY. They just have never replied.
I sent my 4th email tonight. I doubt I will hear anything back. I don't understand why they are ignoring my question???
