Customized NLE System?

All you editors out there must be running some real power to your NLE systems. What would be the ultimate PC hardware specs running Sony Vegas Pro 8 and DVDA4.5. What would be in your tower from running five fans or 8GB of memory or dual core, the new Vista OS?.

You could always click on any of our names, and see what specs are being used to make Vegas fly?

Unfortunately, the option to post "greater than" 1gbRam and more specific information on RAM profiles is not available. Maybe a nudge to our WebMaster maybe in order?

Well, Vista 64, 8 gig ram, 8 SATA drives, Sata Sony Bluray Burner, 850 watt power supply, 3 SCSI internal drives, 2 SSI external drives, 2 external USB drives, 8800 EVA video card, 3 networks, 7.1 HD motherboard sound, Q6600 with stock fan, Gigabyte X38 board.
