Cuts-only editing scripts

I just posted two scripts over in the scripts forum that can help speed up and reduce errors when doing extensive cuts-only editing. I'll upload them to Sundance for easier downloading and edit this post with the link when they become available.

Wow JM! I think I could make use of it . . would you or others please explain? I've just had a go at reading the "English" version of what each line does and the "intros" .. I need help .. maybe a Newsletter Hints & Tips for Edward's Global Publication .. ?

Don't spend your time reading all the words. Just download and use. Hopefully in the next 24 hours I'll have the direct download link on Sundance, so you can just download and start editing. All you have to do is assign the two scripts to the keys of your choice and away you go.

I use it for things like sports events where I need to get rid of all the action before and after the play, but still need to keep the stuff in the center. Frame accurate cuts don't matter, so the J-K-L is all I need. Even on footage that is going to be cut more closely, it still helps to get rid of the garbage before building up the project.
