cutting/knife tool in Movie Studio Platinum 8.0?

Hi!

I'm a new Vegas user and I used to edit on Final Cut Pro. FCP has a knife/cutting tool that lets you cut the video. Does Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 8.0 have a similar tool?

The way I've been dealing with clips is to shorten them from the front and back, but this is not in any way ideal.

Think differently... Go to the moment in time where you want to split your clip, and press "S". Job done.

(if you have a clip selected, it splits that clip/clips, if none, it splits all events at that moment in time
