Hi ya all!

I am completely Newbie with VEGAS....so please...sorry,if my questions are a little stupid.

I don`t know how to CUT one Videoevent in PIECES!
I help myself by shortening the file in the timeline...pushing or dragin from left or from right...till its that lenght which i desired.
BUT....to go further with that file,i have to make a second copy and drag that further from the last point.
Sorry again...i am german and my english is not that best.

To do so takes a lot of time....!
Other Videoeditors have that "Razorblade"-Tool....HOW can i CUT in an easyer way like i did before?????
