.dar project not valid

Today I tried to open a project which i had saved before, but when I opened it this message came "the file ....... is not a valid project". Even though I had used it yesterday and saved it.

How do I solve this, all the media files are in the right places.?

What steps are you taking to try to open it?

There's a *.dar.bak file you can rename and try to open.
