Voxengo's Voxformer has a debreather built in but I almost only use Voxformer's compressors, equalizer, presence and saturation settings and I can't compare to other debreathers.

Waves has a de-breath plug-in, I do not know if it will be compatible with VP though, unless the older VST-2 version is available. Otherwise SpectraLayers Pro 7 and RX Advanced have de-breath options that will work in Sound Forge (which can be integrated to VP), or as stand-alone apps.
SLP is included with the SF Pro-15 Suite version as is Melodyne 5 and RX Elements.
