decensoring video with vegas?

I have some censored music videos that i would like to decensor, can this be
done in Vegas?. Any tips would be gladly appreciated.

If you are talking about removing things like Blurs or mosaics, I don't think there is any software that can do that. It would have to create video that isn't there. You might be able to use your imagination and rotoscope something, but you can't just remove a blur to reveal something underneath.
