Are you able to Monitor out to an NTSC Monitor w/ it?

My old job used a BMD card but I was never able to get the older versions to work w/ Vegas. Now, I just started a new job and they do NOT have a BMD card. Just preview out to Camera to Monitor.

Well one thing I'd like to know is if Vegas captures 10 bit, process it suitably and then render 10bit.
The BMD cards also can do a fair bit in their hardware, if Vegas supported that it would be the icing on the cake.
