Decode Dolby PLII?

I have a cheap surround sound mike that records surround into Dolby PLII on the stereo tracks on my camera.

How can you decode it to individual tracks? The only thing I've found is a version of Surcode that looks like it can but it is also $800 US.

Pro Logic is a matrix, not separately encoded surround.
If you import it and render straight through as stereo PCM, I believe the matrix and phase shift will persist, and be recognized by PL enabled receiver / amps.

Yes and it can be decoded to separate tracks the same as a PLII receiver will. I want to be able to edit and mix the separate tracks. The only ways I know to do it is to either buy surcode or to play it back through a receiver and capture the decoded output.

I'm looking for a lower cost software solution rather than a lash up of hardware everytime I want to separate the tracks.
