Deep Learning error

Heidi-Hansen wrote on 5/12/2024, 7:58 AM

I've not changed anything but from last night I all of a sudden couldn't use any of the AI-features (as I have used until now).

I get the message:
"This plugin requires additional data. Please install the VEGAS Deep Learning Models, which you can download at www.vegascreativesoftware.com".

I haven't uninstalled or changed anything, so why it suddenly ask for this I don't know.

However, since this message last night, I have now uninstalled Vegas, Deep Learning, everything and re-installed it all, but ending up with the very same result.

Why does this not work anymore?

I use Vegas Pro 21, Suite, 365

Deep learning models are regularly updated, make sure you installed the latest version and the latest build of Vegaspro 21.

I just did that, and still same problem.

I found a solution!

After trying almost everything, I decided to install a free program called "Revo Uininstaller" (a program that remove everything related to a program).

And that finally fixed it! After re-installing Vegas and Deep learning, it worked again :)

However, I can't seem to find a download link for Mocha? I tried the link listed here, but that wont open for me.

What happened when you tried the link to Mocha VEGAS 9.5.8.20? I tried the link and it is active.

When I click this link it opens a new page that will direct after a few sec, but nothing happens, and I can't click the link myself, it doesn't open anything or begin to download anything (as with the link I used for Deep Learning, which worked fine)

Try a different browser as it works here.

Paste this into the address bar:

That worked with a different browser, and I see now why I wouldn't download. It think the file is harmful (and this message was not shown in my other browser - it just didn't do anything):

RogerS wrote on 5/16/2024, 12:58 AM

I've had that happen as well. The issue is that it's a http (not secured https) link most likely. The actual file is the same and not harmful.
