Default pan settings

The default setting for the pan slider is 'add channels'. This pans both channels at once. I would like to set the default to 'balance 0 db center' so that I don't have to reset it every time I start a new project. I have looked in the options section and did not see anything dealing with this. Any suggestions?

Sure. Right-click on the track header of a track which contains the properties you're happy with, and select Set Default Track Properties. From here you can set the pan default for all tracks, amongst other things.
