didnt know if anyone knew this or not, but if you want to change your default track height, fx, etc. in vegas 3.0, just create your chain on a track, right click on the track, then go to "default track properties" and make sure fx is checked. dont know if this has been discussed before, but i have been using vegas for 2 years and just found this. i have been so frustraited having to change the plugins manually!!
