Defrag Kills Vegas in XP

My latest problem with Vegas 3.0C under Win XP: all was well until I defragged my boot drive. Now, all projects, with different media, crash Vegas with an EXCEPTION error.

I used to defrag under WIn 2000 all the time with no problems. Anyone else experiencing this???

I use XP Pro and have had no problems yet.

Very strange---I defrag all the time with no problems.

A few people have reported this- reinstall Vegas and all should be fine.

Will there be a Vegas 3.0d to fix these problems?
