delete points?

Enable the Edit Envelope Tool, create a selection around the envelope points you want, and hit Delete. (Edit Envelope Tool is on the toolbar.)

Assuming they are all next to each other, the quickest way is probably to select the Envelope Edit Tool, then drag across the points in question to select them, and then finally hit the Delete key.
