I just deleted the honorably intentioned "Which sound card?" thread. Sorry to all who had legit posts interwoven amidst the trash.

This type of off-topic attack-dog nonsense (you know what I'm talking about if you ever read the deleted thread) has to END. If it doesn't we'll start banning users from posting at all.

Yes, Thank you. This will be the last post you will see from me in this forum. Although I may have contributed to the non-sense I am sorry for the wrong turn it took, this was not my intention. I am truly fed up with trying to offer advice only to have it knit picked to death. If I am part of that problem, then so be it, here is a solution.

up until 5.0 was released the help I have seen has been awesome.I have never seen so many polite helpful people with so many different ways of achiveing the exact same end. Nobody flamed anyone. Even the oversensitive pipe with the non careful red are tame by other sites I visit. Only one of my woodworking sites are people as decent as this crowd. I think you all just need one big hug and realize that one one wishes any ill will.

This is a forum that is supposed to support users .... not judge their knowledge experience and opinions.....

I commend you for deleted the thread and for taking a stand against this type of behavior!
