Deleting voice but not video of an event - how?

I am new to Vegas Movie Studio v 7.0. I have an event on the timeline with a video component and a voice component. Specifically, how do I cut, move or delete the voice component of the event without doing the same to the video component of the event - so the the video component of the event is unaffected by the action on the voice component of the event? Basically I am asking how do I select the voice component of the event without also selecting the video component of the event, so I can do something with the voice component of the event, such as moving or deleting it, without affecting the video component of the event?

By default scenes are grouped. So, press "U" to ungroup them, select the audio part to move it away or press the DEL key on your keyboard to delete it. To cut in different events press "S" on either the video or voice.
